Rooms

Nestled in the idyllic Antholz Valley, between the majestic peaks of the Dolomites, lies a place where time is measured in deep breaths.
Ansitz Heufler – a historic manor house dating back to the 16th century – invites you to slow down and immerse yourself in a world of serenity and refinement.
Our ten exclusive rooms – including the majestic King Suite, elegant Suites, stylish Junior Suites, and cozy Deluxe Rooms – are sanctuaries where Alpine heritage meets contemporary design.
Every stone, every panel of fragrant stone pine, and every beam of light that filters through the historic windows tells a story of its own.
With great attention to detail and deep respect for the past, we’ve created a retreat that radiates warmth, tranquility, and timeless character – a place that speaks to the soul.

Restaurant

At the restaurant of Ansitz Heufler, led by Norbert Niederkofler, traditions are not only preserved – they are honored.

Here, authentic South Tyrolean cuisine continues to thrive, grounded in respect and integrity.

Inspired by the “Cook the Mountain” approach, locally sourced ingredients and mindful preparation come together in a cuisine that is honest, meaningful, and deeply rooted in place.

Every dish tells a story – of the farms in the Antholz Valley, of the seasons, and of a profound love for the region.

Lounge Bar

As evening falls and the light turns golden, the Lounge Bar at Ansitz Heufler opens its doors. Once used as a traditional smoke kitchen, it now offers the perfect setting for an aperitif or a crafted cocktail.

The bar welcomes both hotel guests and external visitors seeking peace, authenticity, and atmosphere.

Inspired by Norbert Niederkofler’s “Cook the Mountain” philosophy, we serve alpine drinks with depth and character:

Signature cocktails that echo the mountains, refined aperitifs, and carefully selected natural wines.

A place to relax, enjoy, and reconnect – where past and present, history and innovation come together.

Breakfast

“Breakfast is an act of love. It shapes how you begin your day.”

— Norbert Niederkofler

Mornings at Ansitz Heufler begin slowly – with silence, stillness, and the scent of freshly baked bread.

As the forest outside awakens, a memorable breakfast experience unfolds in the heart of the South Tyrolean Alps.

We serve a traditional alpine breakfast: homemade jams made from local fruit, creamy alpine butter, fresh eggs, cheese from nearby farms, and homemade cakes.

Sweet or savory – breakfast at Ansitz Heufler is a gentle, heartfelt start to the day. A moment of presence. A rhythm shaped by the mountains.
